Egg fried rice is a simple dish that anyone can make. I think it was one of the first things I ever cooked for myself in the kitchen and it can be given your own unique twist by adding your own favorite ingredients.

The short dictation describes making a basic form of the dish and can be followed in a just a few minutes, once you've got some cooked rice.

First, cook the rice. When the rice is cooked, add some oil to a wok and place on a high heat. Add the rice to the oil and let the rice brown. Mix the eggs and pour the egg mixture into the wok. Stir the egg and rice until the egg is set. Add some soy sauce. Pour the mixture onto a plate and enjoy!

Now listen to the slower version and type what you hear into the text box.
