I go for a run every day before I go to work. I like to go for a run early in the morning. It is very quiet first thing in the morning and I think this is a good time to go for a run. I always eat a banana before I go for a run. After I have been for a run I eat an apple or drink orange juice. I like to run, it helps me keep fit and feel good which is a great start for the day.

Now listen to the slower version and type what you hear into the text box.
